2024 Orchard Gin is a malty, full-bodied gin with hints of apple, pear, cocoa and spice. As with all our gins, we start with our signature seven core botanicals, adding macerated w ild apples (picked from the distillery property!) and diced dried pears post distillation. The final step is a brief steep in loose leaf Assam Tea, sourced from Royal Tea NY, achieving maximum flavor without extracting too much tannin. Think of Orchard Gin as an exquisitely modernized Old-Tom gin that is a reflection of the place and time where we made it—or, as an 80 Proof counter punch to a pumpkin spice latte. Show more
