Fujian Orchid Oolong tea is from China's Fujian province. Also known as Si Jie Chun which means All Seasons. This less oxidized, small, rolled tea is floral and green. It's balance d with a touch of coconut and is a very easy drinker. This is a great starter Oolong. Oolongs fall into their own category. While they're often lumped with Green Teas, their semi-oxidized state places them between a black and green tea. This level of semi oxidation means high antioxidant levels. Teas high in antioxidants are linked to positive health outcomes.
