Original red cloth, gilt lettering to spine and front board. Vignette to upper board. A bright UK first edition, first impression. Wrapper : No wrapper. Book : The book is sound, c lean and very tight. The front and back boards are very clean. The lettering and vignette on the front board are bright and bold. The lower corners are inconsequentially bruised. The spine is clean and fresh. It is slightly faded and shows inconsequential bruising at the ends. The spine lettering is bright and bold. The pages are clean and without foxing. The closed page edges are slightly dusty and feintly flrecked. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges, no loose pages.
