The Orecchini del Giglio (meaning the "Earrings of the Lily" in Italian) are unique with their characteristic floral patterns, worked with "traforo fiorentino" goldsmithing into th e distinctive, two-tone craftsmanship that is synonymous with Florence. The Misri family may have left the walls of Old Cairo, but Old Cairo’s values have never left them. Our atelier in the historic centre of Firenze sits just across the historic Ponte Vecchio, building a connection between past and future and handing down jewelry savoir-faire and traditional craft from generation to generation. In the House of Misri, heritage is not only preserved. Inspired by the historical link between Cairo and the Republic (later Duchy) of Florence, it is guarded with devotion, and rebirthed with purpose.
