Flavour Our Balsamic Dressing blend combines red peppers, onion & basil for sweetness while the oregano provides a warming herbal bitterness. This salad dressing blend is designed to work with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for an easy to make salad dressing. This spice blend also contains mustard seeds which is an allergen. Processing Our spice blends are handmade in small batches for added freshness at our processing unit in Bristol. We use minimal salt & sugar where possible and never use additives, fillers or anti-caking agents. Our spice blends are also organic certified & are made using the same spices that we source from our partner farmers. Usage Add to any leafy green salad of choice. Just remember to set aside for a few minutes after mixing with oil, vinegar and water to allow the herbs to rehydrate. In order to get the best out of our spices, we've included a QR code on the side of the glass jar label. This links back to our website with balsamic dressing cooking tips & recipe ideas. Packaging All spices are available in both glass jars and refill pouches. Packaging is either recyclable or home compostable. The refill pouches are the exact same quantity as the jars so you only have to buy the jar once, or not at all if you already have your own jars. Design The main benefit of buying our glass jars are the QR codes & artwork on the labels which is curated and designed by local Bristol artist & illustrator Hannah Grace. Our jars have 4 different designs currently, each representing a landscape where our herbs & spices are grown.
