Flavour Warming - Floral - Citrus Provenance This organic green cardamom comes from the Alta Verapaz region in Guatemala. We are working with a specialist importer for some of our organic spices, so although we can't offer full traceability to farm level just yet, we can still guarantee the same consistently great tasting product. Usage In order to get the best out of our spices, we've included a QR code on the side of the glass jar label. This links back to our website with cardamom cooking tips & recipe ideas. The cooking tips give you ideas on how to season your food in different ways with cardamom. The recipe ideas focus around seasonal, vegetarian eating to help with a more balanced, sustainable diet. Packaging All spices are available in both glass jars and refill pouches. Packaging is either recyclable or compostable. The refill pouches are the exact same quantity as the jars so you only have to buy the jar once, or not at all if you already have your own. Design The main benefit of buying our glass jars are the QR codes on the packaging as well as the artwork on the labels which is curated and designed by local Bristol artist & illustrator Hannah Grace. Our jars have 4 different designs, each representing a landscape where our spices are sourced from.
