Ingredients: Chamomile Serving suggestion: Loose leaf - Add 2 teaspoons to your tea infuser (in approx. 250ml). If you're settling in for the long haul, add a proportionate amount to your teapot and adjust quantities to taste. Brew using 90ºC to 95ºC water. Steep for 5 minutes. Teabags - Use 1 teabag per cup and brew the same way.
