Traditional use for chamomile includes relaxing common cold, digestive system complaints, menstrual cramps, nervousness and sleeplessness. Besides a good night cup for kids, Chamomile is also great for kids' mild cough and babies' teething discomfort. There are two common varieties of Chamomile: Roman and German. We sell the more common sweeter German variety. Proper storage is important: Chamomile should be kept in an air tight container and in the fridge if possible.
