These lovely organic, rustic earrings are handmade in Orkney using copper and sterling silver. Size approximately 2cm. The Organic Collection reflects Alison's fascination with the forms and textures of nature, and my background in the earth sciences. One of Alison's first jewellery collections, the range has now been refreshed and re-launched, but remains inspired by that same love of the natural world. The collection is crafted using a blend of sterling silver, copper and oxidised sterling silver. This careful merging of materials ensures that each Organic collection piece will develop its own unique patina and character, as the copper contained within it naturally oxidises over time. The result is tactile and engaging jewellery that evolves with its wearer. As each item is individually hand crafted and finished to order, there may be slight variations in the item you receive compared with the listing picture.
