Construction Our Organic Waterproof Crib Mattress Protector and fitted skirt are stitched with 95% GOTS organic certified cotton and a 5% polyurethane waterproofing layer. They are manufactured for Avocado in Pakistan in a GOTS & GOLS organic certified factory. These are asthma—and allergy-friendly Materials. With certified organic cotton inside and out, our protector is well-suited for anyone with asthma or allergies. However, it does not create a “fully-encased seal” around your mattress, so it is not intended to function as an allergy barrier. Care Instructions Please wash your Organic Waterproof Crib Protector before use with an eco-conscious laundry detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang on the line until completely dry. Getting the protector to the proper size may take up to three washes. We made them intentionally big since they are 100% cotton and will shrink.
