Our Garam Masala uses traditional Indian flavours to complement your favourite home cooked curries. Processing Our spice blends are handmade in small batches for added freshness at our processing unit in Bristol. We use minimal salt & sugar where possible and never use additives, fillers or anti-caking agents. Our spice blends are also organic certified & are made using the same spices that we source from our partner farmers. Usage Our garam masala is the perfect blend to increase flavour in your home cooked curries. In order to get the best out of our spices, we've included a QR code on the side of the glass jar label. This links back to our website with garam masala cooking tips & recipe ideas. The cooking tips give you ideas on how to season your food in different ways with the garam masala spice blend. The recipe ideas focus around seasonal, vegetarian eating to help with a more balanced, sustainable diet. Packaging All of our spices are available to buy in both glass jars and refill pouches. Packaging is either recyclable or compostable. The refill pouches are the exact same quantity as the jars so you only have to buy the jar once, or not at all if you already have your own. Design The main benefit of buying our glass jars are the QR codes & artwork on the labels which is curated and designed by local Bristol artist & illustrator Hannah Grace. Our jars have 4 different designs, each representing a landscape from where our spices are sourced.
