Genmaicha is a Japanese comfort tea. This Organic Genmaicha Premium consists of Sencha blended with roasted Japanese brown rice. The nutty, toasty taste of the rice blends nicely w ith the Sencha green tea. Please brew at slightly higher temperature than regular Sencha at about 85°C (185°F). The higher temperature induces the toasty aroma of the brown rice. Our organic Genmaicha premium is a perfect tea for a relaxing tea-time or as an accompaniment with meals.
