Simply heat the hair conditioner base to 38 – 40C in a sterile vessel. Add any essential oils or fragrance oils (typically add 0.2 – 0.5%) to achieve your desired scents. Stir for 15 – 30 minutes. Once the oil has fully dispersed, fill the conditioner containers. It is recommended to take samples for microbiological testing both before and after filling.
