Our Peruvian is a smooth and delicate coffee. A high-grown coffee, grown over 1,300 meters above sea level and hand-picked. We offer this coffee in a medium or high roast and it wo rks well as either roast. You could even try blending the high roast with the medium! The beans work well in all methods, with a medium body, mild acidity, and tones of chocolate and nut. A delicious, well-balanced coffee that produces a rich cup with a soft finish.
