Our pluots have fantastic texture, with meaty flesh that allows for easy slicing along with all the great juiciness that you expect from a plum. We grow five varieties of pluots on our organic, including some like the Flavor Heart which have a uniquely beautiful shape and low acid content. The Flavor King, another popular version of this plum and apricot hybrid, is big, bold and bursting with flavor.
