The ring is made from solid sterling silver and the main band is approximately 3mm wide. Care: Keep your jewellery out of direct contact with water, chemicals (such as perfumes or household cleaning agents).Remove your jewellery before exercising to keep it shining it's brightest. When your jewellery is not being worn, it is safest to keep it in the box it came in.
