24 ounces of 100% organic rolled oats from Brian Severson Farms. These oats have not been heat treated during processing (raw) and are from the ancient-grain variety of oat called Avena nuda. When ripe, the plant sheds its hulls, making harvesting more challenging than modern cultivars—but the flavor and nutrition makes the effort worthwhile.
