At The Organic Butchery, we work with a producer of organic salmon farmed in the North Atlantic seas. With welfare, health and sustainability at the heart of the system, the fish are farmed on natural diets in low-density groups in chilly, fast-flowing waters - this makes them powerful and muscular, so their flesh is firm and well-textured. We take a number of fillets to a local organic smokehouse where they use traditional methods to create our hot smoked fillets, certainly a delicious alternative. Storage Instructions Our fish is going frozen. We’ve made this shift in a move to guarantee and maintain quality and selection all year round.
