Each natural unbleached paper teabag is filled with the same loose leaf tea for quality and flavour, with zero microplastics. Ingredients: Green tea Serving suggestion: Loose leaf - Add 1 teaspoon to your tea infuser (in approx. 250ml). If you're settling in for the long haul, add a proportionate amount to your teapot and adjust quantities to taste. Brew using 70-80ºC water. Steep for 1-3 minutes, depending on preference. Teabags - Use 1 teabag per cup and brew the same way.
