Perfect for salads, sandwiches, and smoothie bowls. Certified organic, this sprouting mix brings farm-fresh vitality to your kitchen. Instructions for Sprouting: 1. Half fill a wide-necked glass jar with water and stir in 80-100g of pulses ensuring that the pulses do not float on the surface. 2. Leave the seed to soak in the water for 8-12 hours or overnight. 3. After soaking drain the water off. 4. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and drain well. 5. Water the pulses 2-3 times a day by filling the jar with fresh water and draining well. 6. Although pulses may grow a little faster if grown in a dark place it is not essential. 7. After 2 days you will have up to 230g of sprouts. 8. Rinse, eat and enjoy.
