This is a lovely Chai with warm spice, vanilla and ginger notes that pairs well with milk and sugar. Ingredients: Black tea, candied ginger (ginger, raw cane sugar), green cardamom , star anise, cloves, cardamom seeds, black pepper, lemongrass and vanilla Infusion: Copper Caffeine Level: High Antioxidant Level: Medium Brewing Instructions: 1 tsp per 8 oz boiling water (212°F) & steep 6-7 minutes.
