We roast to a balanced medium to deepen the natural sugars while keeping origin clarity. In the cup: milk chocolate and cocoa, ripe stone fruit (peach/pear), and a gentle floral lift, finishing silky and refreshingly clean. Grown primarily from Caturra & Typica varieties and fully washed to showcase a crisp profile, it’s an everyday coffee with exceptional grace and transparency.
