Organic Salad Rocket This salad rocket features deeply notched leaves of a good strong flavour. It is slow to bolt and regrows quickly after cutting. Sow Outdoors - February and Ma rch sowings direct into soil, in coldframe or under cloches. Later sowings in open ground. Sow in shallow drills about 1cm deep in rows 25cm apart. Thin out the seedlings as they grow to a final spacing of 15cm. Pick leaves regularly to prevent the plants quickly running to seed.
