The ultimate comfort dessert (quite often the only reason we put up with going to chinese wedding banquets as kids), orh nee is a guilty pleasure to be had occasionally. For breakf ast, we made it less sinful by replacing the sugar and lard with purple sweet potatoes, organic agave and a dash of oat milk.
