Variety: Grenache, Sangiovese, Dolcetto Region: Riverland, Clare Valley, Langhorne Creek, Soil Type: Red Clay Loam on Shale, Ancient Sandy Limestone Soils Vintage: 2024 Alcohol: 12.5% ABV Volume: 750ml Traditional Owners: Ngadjuri, Ngawait & Ngarrindjeri Same varietal makeup as last year but we've changed things up here with some Langhorne Creek Dolcetto instead of Clare Valley. It's really great fruit! Alongside this is absolutely the best rosé we've ever done. It's a belter. Fresh cranberries, pink lady apple, guava, salted lemon. Texturally delightful, great acidity, and a great dry finish with a nice phenolic grip. In short, this is as Unico as a rosé can be - a blend of our 3 key regions, some beautiful vineyards, in our house style: fresh, vibrant and bone dry.
