The ORIGAMI Wave Paper Filter has a small wave angle and fits the 20 ribs that characterise the ORIGAMI dripper. The fit of the paper filter to the ribs of the dripper makes the ga p between the dripper and filter narrower and prevents hot water from escaping from the sides, resulting in high extraction efficiency and a robust flavour even with short extraction times. Since the hot water is released from the coffee powder in a stable manner, the extracted coffee has a sweetness and body with reduced cloying taste.
