It all starts with hand picked 80/20 pure pork. Only Hams, Bacon and Pork loins are used in our sausage. We smoke our sausage in “Real” hickory smoke using whole logs and not sawdu st which gives better smoke and more flavor. We also use a natural pork casing which gives our sausage that “Old Fashioned” snap!
