Shadow Spirits Gin is crafted through an intriguingly unconventional and enchanting process. To produce a single batch of gin, we begin by creating two distinct spirits. One is dis tilled using a traditional pot still, yielding a rich and layered foundation. The other is produced via a long-necked Carter Head still, resulting in a delicate and refined spirit. Both stills are infused with a harmonious blend of 11 botanicals: chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root, and orris root. The essence of these two gins is then skilfully united and enhanced with the whimsical additions of aromatic jasmine and invigorating cucumber. This unique method of distillation allows Shadow Spirits to present a taste that is simultaneously light and intricately complex.
