Our animals and hats are made to fit each other. We can't guarantee they will fit others purchased from other sites. No paint, glue, or any other supplies are included with this purchase but here is a list of suggested supplies: Glue - Wood Glue, Loc-Tite, Crazy Glue, E6000, Gorilla GlueCraft Paint - Acrylic or Household Make-Up sponges- to dab paint onto the small piecesSmall paint brushesPaint markers for fine detail - Posca, Sharpie, Acrylic Paint Pens The pieces are made of premium raw 1/8" MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) which is an engineered wood product. They are meant for Indoor use only. They are laser cut so you may expect a burnt wood smell, char marks or dark edges. You can paint over them or wipe them away with a magic eraser sponge. The smell goes away with time. This is not a defect and will not be replaced or refunded.
