Featuring ex-members of Battlefields (Init Records, Translation Loss), Dispensing of False Halos & Sleeping in Gethsemane (Init Records), Oriska draws influence from their past outfits while crafting a unique blend of doom, post-metal and screamo into songs that are both sprawling and epic.Since the release of their first demos, the band has already garnered a reputation for their cathartic live performances filled with world-ending emotion and cinematic soundcapes. The second vinyl pressing has two variants, one of which is only available via Init Records. These records come housed in a gatefold jacket and the artwork is completed by the band's logo being screen printed directly onto the poly sleeve. The artwork was far too beautiful and we wanted to keep it as intact as we possibly could!
