Orma Bianco Di Orma Toscana IGT, Italy, is a vibrant still White wine crafted from the Vermentino grape, expressing its best characteristics along the Tuscan coast. This dry organi c wine offers an aromatic nose of fresh white flowers, apple, pear, peach, and lemon. The palate is crisp with vivid acidity, a medium body, and a fresh citrus and saltine character. Fermented and aged in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 4 months, it pairs beautifully with soft cheeses and fish dishes with cream sauces.
