Constructed from a single piece of copper covered tin, the Oroshigane has row after row of fierce teeth, each individually dug from the sheet by a chap with a hammer and a lot of experience. Originally intended for preparing Daikon, these graters are perfect for mincing garlic and ginger or zesting citrus. Best used in conjunction with our bamboo scraping brush.
