Let us introduce you to Ortega. The wine is well rounded, with apricot aromas, peach flavours and a delicate palate. Just like the racing hares who inhabit the vineyard, this speci al wine is a firm favourite with the family. It is made from the fruit of the 2500 Ortega vines found on 5 hectare site. Ed chose this variety because of its consistent quality, and quite simply, because it makes great wine either as a blend or on its own.
