This technique requires control, time, and experience. The metal is subjected to high temperatures, allowing the surface to reorganize organically and create unique textures. Each ring is individually made by hand and requires approximately two hours of manual work, from preparing the silver to forming, finishing, and polishing the piece. This process cannot be replicated by machines, ensuring that no two rings are ever the same. The OSHI Band is not mass-produced.
