His go-to lure was the handmade SAIKORO Rubber from Fieldside, a bait that proved devastatingly effective but remained rare because it couldn’t be mass-produced. Many anglers never got to experience what that little lure could do, so we partnered with O.S.P. to bring its concept to a wider audience. Though the SAIKORO Rubber is well known for tempting bass feeding on insects and shrimp, it also triggers strikes from fish that target small baitfish. The SAIKORO Rubber MAXSALT is a high-specific-gravity version tailored for deeper presentations that the SAIKORO Rubber NONSALT can’t reach with a no-sinker.
