Renowned as a delicious staple in Italian cooking, Osso Buco is a definite must try. Our Osso Buco is savoury and rich, with a fall-off-the-bone texture. Also known as Beef Foresha nk, Shank Cross Cut, and Cross Cut Shank, our osso buco is a treat from our Embrun Beef farm. Once cut, the meat is then perfectly dry-aged for 28 days to enhance the already full flavour. Like all of our products, our Black Angus beef is 100% grass fed, completely antibiotic and hormone-free. Each Osso Buco is hand-cut, quickly flash-frozen and vacuum packed. We work with farms that only produce the cleanest, healthiest and ethically-raised local meats. All beef is Federally or Provincially Inspected according to Canadian Food Inspection standards.
