Simple and effective, this nylon cheese plane has a thin, bevelled cutting edge that allows you to smoothly cut 2" wide slices to a consistent thickness. Its nonstick material rele ases the cheese readily so the slices won't buckle or bunch up, making it suitable for use with most hard and semi hard cheeses, and is especially recommended for the harder types of “yellow” cheese, such as Cheddar, Gouda and Emmentaler.
