OTF-1500X-S-ST is a compact high-temperature tensile strength tester via a small punch method, also called SPT - small punch tester- which can test the high-temperature mechanical strength of materials up to 1350°C via a small disc ( 8 mm dia ) quickly and economically. Punch Die Fixture& Sample The fixture ( die) is made of recrystallized SiC The fixture consists of two parts and is tightened by M18x2 The sample to be tested: 8 mm dia. x 0.5 mm thickness, which is tightened in the middle of the die. Software is included, but the Laptop computer is optional at an extra cost. The PC will display and record the force vs displacement for each sample at a set temperature.
