OTF-1500X-80-VTQ is a split vertical quenching tube furnace with an 80 mm OD alumina tube, which is designed for quenching samples from high temperatures ( Max. 1500 °C) into an ice water bath or quenching oil to study material phase transitions and microstructures.It is also compatible with air-sensitive samples to heat and quenches in oxygen and the water-free environment with an MTI gas purification and circulation system (as shown in the main image). Water-Cooled Flanges Both top and bottom flanges have water-cooling jacket (See left picture), which cools and preserves the O-ring sealings on the flange during high-temperature operation.
