Maidenhood to Motherhood is a 12-week transformational childbirth education course designed for those preparing to conceive, currently pregnant, or seeking a deeper understanding of birth, body, and sovereignty. This offering weaves together evidence-based childbirth education, nervous system awareness, intuitive embodiment practices, generational healing tools, and holistic preparation for the rite of passage that is birth. This is not just a class — it is a container. A remembering. A reclamation.
