Otrivine Extra Dual Relief contains xylometazoline and ipratropium. Its dual-action formula relieves both a blocked and runny nose associated with the common cold. Suitable for:Adults aged 18–70 years. How to use:Apply one spray into each nostril up to three times daily. Leave at least six hours between applications. Important information:Do not use for more than seven consecutive days and stop sooner when symptoms improve. Avoid spraying into or around the eyes.
