This pan is perfect for puddings or gratins.Available with brass handles. Established in 1920 this foundry in Italy produces beautiful handcrafted cookware from aluminium. Aluminiu m is the best conductor of heat next to copper but more cost effective. This aluminium is certified 99.5% pure which means it is completely safe to cook in.
