With over 200 years of combined experience as holistic health practitioners and leaders and experts in the Living Foods Movement, Our Elders––Fred Bisci, Ph.D., Brian Clement, Ph.D., N.D., Rabbi Gabriel Cousens, M.D. and Viktoras Kulvinskas––have been teaching a healthy therapeutic diet and lifestyle to thousands of people around the world. They started this movement, this awareness all the way back as far as the 1950s and 1960s with Ann Wigmore. These people were eating what they presumed was good and healthy, only to find themselves worse off than when they started.
