APPROX 1-1.3KG OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone-free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be. Hand cut in store by our experienced butchers, the tomahawk is a rib eye steak with the bone left in to add extra flavour and drama when serving. As well as the dramatic presentation the bone gives this piece of meat, it also assists by transferring the heat during cooking and retaining the moisture in the centre of the steak.
