A 6 bottle half case contains.. 1. Pinot Gris 2022 (Adelaide Hills) Honeydew melon, poached pear and citrus blossom with a fine, racy acidity threading through to a finish that arrives with almond skin and a touch of white pepper. 2. Sauvignon Blanc 2023 (Coonawarra) This is a young tasting wine with crisp green pears and granny smith apples taking centre stage. Yellow stone fruits are there for support, before cool dry flint and grapefruit confidently step up for a very long and semi-dry finish. Zingy and fresh, this tropical wine is perfect for unwinding after a long day at work. 3. Prosecco (Central Victoria) This dry white is warm lemon in colour, with spirited acid and fabulous fizz. Juicy lemon is first to hit the deck followed by some shallow mineralogy and lofty apple. A definite party favourite and one of our most popular white wines. 4. Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 (Heathcote) Bright black fruit flavours dominate the palate with sweet, ripe blackberries and tart blackcurrants jostling for attention. Black pepper makes an appearance alongside a wisp of smoke and a smudge of vanilla on a lingering finish of fine velvety tannins. 5. Shiraz 2021 (Bendigo) It’s all cherry and red plum love here with a sprinkle of black pepper, a blueberry or two and a touch of vanilla. 6. Tempranillo (McLaren Vale) Warm and generous from the first sip, red fruit and vanilla opening things up before earthy richness pulls everything deeper. The tannins are gritty and dry, the body medium to full, grapefruit adding an unexpected brightness that keeps it honest. The finish is long, sweet-edged and juicy.
