Our roasting team tastes through what's landing from the producers we work with around the world, then picks the components that keep the blend tasting like itself: that signature milk chocolate sweetness, season after season. This season's blend features: Costa Rica: Atenas, Washed Brazil: Nova Aliança, Pulped Natural Brazil: Mata De Minas, Pulped Natural Nicaragua: Limoncillo, Washed Our House is also wonderfully forgiving. It was a long-time favourite back then, loved for being approachable, balanced, and reliable.
