The Dust Barrel is a ceramic vessel by Common Goods, a small studio based in Markham, Ontario, creating functional and decorative pieces in clay. Drawing from ancient forms, each piece is shaped with an emphasis on ritual, texture, and everyday use—objects intended to slow down and bring attention to simple, daily acts. Finished in unglazed red stoneware, the form is expressive and slightly irregular, with a surface that feels raw and textural. Often paired with seasonal flowers from our Toronto studio, it is suited to looser arrangements or a few stems, allowing the material and shape to remain visible. Due to its handmade nature, variations in size, shape, and colour are to be expected. Unglazed red stoneware finish.Approx. 8–9" diameter. If ordered with fresh flowers, they will be wrapped separately, as this vessel is not transported with arrangements in place. FLORAL ORDER FAQ
