Made of PVC-coated polyester, t his rug pad is more rigid and less plasticized than our indoor varieties, allowing it to be used outside without any surface transfer. Layer under your favorite indoor/outdoor rugs on your porches, decks, and patios. May not be suitable for use on vinyl, lacquered, acrylic, Mexican Saltillo tile, terracotta, or unsealed surfaces.
