Outrageous Cherry is an American psychedelic power pop band formed 1991 in Detroit, Michigan. The original lineup was Matthew Smith, Larry Ray, Chad Gilchrist and Deb Agolli. Larry Ray passed away in 2017. The band's sound is garage power pop drenched in excellent psychedelic guitar and production work. Outstanding albums include Out There in the Dark, The Book of Spectral Projections and Supernatural Equinox.
