OutShine No-Wipe gel top was originally formulated for use with chrome powders. Because of its porous formula, it adheres well to chromes and pigments so clients can have longer wear with NO CHIPPING! We've found lots more uses for OutShine! Mix it with chrome or pigment powder and use it as paint! Great for encapsulating chunkier glitters, mylar flakes, and more. Self-levels fantastically to help improve uneven nail surfaces. It's rubbery texture makes it great for nail stamping; it grabs everything off your stamper flawlessly - every time. HOW TO USE: For use with chrome or pigment powders: Apply OutShine and cure under LED/UV for 30 seconds, then apply your chrome or pigment. Seal with another layer of top gel and cure for the full 60 seconds. For use with nail stamping: Apply OutShine and flash cure under LED/UV for 10 seconds. After the flash cure, stamp the surface with your stamping design. Make sure to seal your design with another coat of top gel when you're completely done with your nail art.
